NAEYC and Accreditation

Apple Tree Children’s Centers strives to commit to the philosophy and guidelines set forth by the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC). NAEYC accreditation is a voluntary comprehensive process that examines the total program with emphasis placed on interactions among teachers and children and the developmental appropriateness of the curriculum - what really happens during the child's day. Health and safety, staff qualifications, and the environment are all a primary focus of this comprehensive process.
