NAEYC and AccreditationTender Care Learning Centers strives to commit to the philosophy and guidelines set forth by the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC). NAEYC accreditation is a voluntary comprehensive process that examines the total program with emphasis placed on interactions among teachers and children and the developmental appropriateness of the curriculum - what really happens during the child's day. Health and safety, staff qualifications, and the environment are all a primary focus of this comprehensive process.
