Toddlers

In the Tender Care toddler classrooms, young children are encouraged to socialize, explore their independence, have fun and make friends. Each child has the opportunity to interact, play alone, and learn in small groups for greater one-on-one attention.

Our toddler teachers offer a hands-on interactive approach to learning designed to stimulate both cognitive and language development through the use of a high-quality childhood program called The Creative Curriculum®. This curriculum promotes appropriate developmental outcomes that are based on your child’s individual needs.

Tender Care Learning Centers has committed to accreditation from the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) as the measurement of our program excellence. NAEYC is the nation’s largest and most influential organization of early childhood educators, and is dedicated to improving programs for children from birth through third grade. NAEYC sets the standards for quality childcare and education in America, with an emphasis placed on the quality of interactions among teachers and children and the developmental appropriateness of the curriculum.
