Why Tender Care

At Tender Care Learning Centers our purpose is clear: we exist to help children develop a lifelong love of learning.

Our award-winning, nurturing teachers, paired with our warm and welcoming “at home” environments, ensure that every child is tenderly cared for. Each of our age-appropriate, nationally recognized programs focus on your child’s social, emotional, physical and cognitive development using fun and engaging teaching strategies. Our goal every day is to prepare children for a seamless transition into each new phase of early childhood development, then on to kindergarten and beyond.

We believe that parents are an integral part of a child’s development. We strive to develop strong parent/teacher partnerships where you are free to share your beliefs regarding your child’s education. We have an open-door policy where parents are welcome to join us during any part of the day. We offer a variety of opportunities throughout the year to discuss your child’s developmental progress and keep you well informed on a daily basis about your child’s experiences at Tender Care.

Tender Care Learning Centers has 18 locations throughout Western Pennsylvania.

At each location, you will find early education professionals who passionately believe that Tender Care is all about “Your Child, Our Care, Their Future.” As you choose the right early learning program for your child, we hope you’ll consider Tender Care’s unique mission, core beliefs, and history. We look forward to meeting you and your child soon!
